Orders are processed after confirmation through website checkout, call, SMS, or WhatsApp. Processing may take 1 to 2 working days.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within Pakistan:
- Major cities: 2 to 4 working days
- Other cities and remote areas: 4 to 7 working days
Delivery time may vary during sales, holidays, Eid season, weather issues, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or mentioned at the time of order confirmation. Charges may vary depending on location, order weight, or courier service.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations. Horrum Pret reserves the right to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Failed Delivery
If the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or does not respond to courier calls, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Parcel
If your parcel appears damaged or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
