Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and unworn
  • Tags and original packaging are intact
  • The item is not washed, altered, damaged, or stained
  • Proof of purchase or order number is provided

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • You received the wrong size
  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

In such cases, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with clear pictures and your order details.

Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or altered products
  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer handling

Refund Policy

Horrum Pret does not offer cash refunds for change of mind. Refunds may only be processed if:

  • The product is out of stock after payment
  • The wrong or defective item cannot be replaced
  • The issue is verified by our team

Refunds, where applicable, may take 7 to 14 working days depending on the payment method.

Exchange Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the mistake was made by Horrum Pret.
